What primary services do you offer?

We strive to offer a wide range of services from backdrops to full floral arrangements for weddings and events.  All of our floral arrangements will be faux and can be ready-made from our collections or customized to match your exact vision.   

What are the rates of your services?

The rates are listed next to the products; we like to be transparent about our pricing!  We charge a flat rate for our items to not confuse our customers with any extra fees or charges.  Our rate includes set up, travel and break down. If you are 30 miles outside of the Tri-Cities area, we require a $400 minimum service for travel.

How do you go about custom work?

If you are thinking of some customization or specific pieces, please contact us for a free consultation! We offer customized rentals, that way we style your exact vision and you are still not left with the hassle of a bunch of floral decor after your big day.

What are your terms and conditions?

Upon booking we have a form that we will go over regarding all of our terms and conditions before anyone makes is official.  The basics include damage to items and weather conditions. 

Do you work with fresh flowers?

We do not discriminate in our love for flowers, however our work with fresh florals is limited. We are willing to do minimal amounts of fresh florals such as a bridal bouquet, corsage and boutonnieres.

Can I change out an item in the rental collection?

We are willing to discuss changing out some rental items for others.  However, we will not offer a customized piece instead of the rental item.
